Old attempt at Pong

An early attempt at a new spin on Pong is shown below. The idea was to have the ball move around inside the bowl's surface. The aim is to move the player's bat around the rim of the bowl and knock the ball down and back up the other side for the opponent. The extra skill came from being able to apply spin and to adjust the angle of the bat to make the ball move in a curve.

I thought it was a good idea but i'm not so sure - it's still Pong! But more annoying..... hmmmm...
